A very sociable animal, baboons form groups of up to 50 individuals led by a dominant male.
Their nutrition is diverse, ranging from plants, grasses, leaves, fruits, insects and very rarely juvenile antelope.
Baboons can be seen around waterholes and along the Etjo Mountain as well as along the Okonjati Mountain Range.
